Ajey Nagar, also known as CarryMinati, is Asia's top YouTuber, and his business partner Deepak Char has a success story of his own to share.

Char, a Sharda University MBA graduate, began working with Nagar in 2019 while the latter's subscriber base was about 7.6 million. Char was successful in proactively establishing Nagar's brand lineage in just three years through brand endorsements, linkages with movies, and smart content development. Today Nagar stands rock solid at a subscriber base of over 35 plus million earning him the pedestal of one of the topmost content creators within the South Asian community. Char was given complete control over everything, from methodically transforming Nagar's management into a formal corporate structure to overseeing his day-to-day operations, content strategy, and forging first-ever alliances in the cinema, OTT, and brand industries.

When Char took over, he secured Nagar's first brand endorsement arrangement with Artic Fox. He then partnered with more than 25 companies, including ASUS, Lenskart, WinZO, Ponds, COD, Free Fire, Amazon Prime, disnery+Hotstar, Mivi, NordVPN, Game.Tv, and BalleBaazi, increasing Nagar's YOY income to 83%. Char, a Mayo College Ajmer and Tagore Public School graduate, left his comfortable sales position and the family company, which included gas stations, travel agency, and handicraft shops, at the age of 29 and without any prior experience. Char, who began his professional career in 2012 with a salary of INR 40,000 per month, now earns a respectable income because to his tireless efforts in company growth and improved bargaining techniques.
